I was expecting alot more than people dancing in workout tights. One quick review and I knew this wasn't a movie that would be interesting or worthwhile at all. I have seen other Hartley movies and comparing those to this one, leads me to the conclusion that this might have been her very first instructional video.

I give it one star simply based on the fact that the cover led me to believe that the movie was more than it was. This video only contains women by themselves which was unexpected.

Thought this was the actual movie but actually is behind the scenes, bloopers, etc. Make sure you read what it is as I did not.
