The relatively high rating for this flick is a result of two of the scenes: the one with Shamiqua and the one with Vivica. The plot claims that all of the girls are novices, but I've seen Vivica in many scenes, and she is always exciting to me. Her scene was a great way to open the film. On the other hand, I believe that this really is Shamiqua's first scene. I just fell in love with her cute little body and wonderful attitude. When she smiles it just lights up the screen. If you want to see more of her, look up the name Ashley Brooks. Shamiqua is apparently the actress's real name and she has adopted the stage name of Ashley Brooks. The other scenes were okay, but the production values of this film are pretty low. In the background of a number of scenes, somebody is moving around making noise, opening soda cans and bags of chips. It was very distracting on first viewing, and I hope that the producers of this film do a better job of managing the background noise in the future.

I was looking forward to receiving this DVD since it had three of my favorite performers: Alana Play, Melodee Bliss and Lady Armani. (Beauty was also in the film, but in a very minor role lasting only a couple of minutes.) The premise of the film was that all of the ladies were dominatrices, but they were very strange doms in that they were way more considerate of their "slaves" than a real dom would be. Since I'm not much into domination, that was okay with me, but real BDSM fans will be disappointed. I can't put my finger on exactly why I didn't like the flick any more than I did. I guess I just didn't find the scenes to be all that exciting. If I like a movie, I may keep it for weeks or months. I was tired of this one in about two weeks which is pretty fast for me. Your mileage may vary. ;-)

I rented this video based on the 4 star rating it had previously received. I guess my tastes are VERY different from the previous raters. This video made it very clear to me how the director and camera person can have a huge impact on the quality of a movie. This one used all of the standard positions and the production values were reasonable, but the scenes were just plain boring to me. If I had to pick one that was the best, I'd vote for Cali Caramel because she actually seemed to be into what was going on. The rest of the women all seemed just to be going through the motions, IMHO. I'm sure that my 2 star rating won't have much effect on the overall rating of this film, but it is still a mystery to me how this film has such a high rating when there are many better films that have ratings in the 3's. And, it never fails to amaze me how producers of a black video will include in their special features predominately trailers of white videos. If I wanted to see white content, I'd have rented a white video in the first place. Further, since the title of this video suggests that there were two preceding videos in this series, why weren't trailers for those two included in the trailers on this disk? So, main feature pretty boring with absolutely boring special features equals 2 star rating.

I saw the trailer for this movie on "Black Iz Beautiful #4" and was quite excited to see it. My advice to you is to watch the trailer and to skip the movie. The women are quite beautiful, but there's not a lot of energy in most of the scenes. Even the best one with Devin Reese is pretty tame and not particularly interesting. I watched the second half of the movie on fast forward because it was so boring during the first half. Maybe I missed something, but I don't think so. Rent BIB #4 instead. I think you'll really like that movie.

As noted by the previous reviewer, there was an awful lot of "lead in" to each scene (up to 10 minutes) which was not particularly interesting to me at all. In fact, that was my overall reaction to the entire film -- my finger was on the fast forward button way too much of the time. The women were pretty, and I'm just as happy if the film doesn't waste time trying to develop some plot that is immediately abandoned once the actors "get down to business". But, I only watched the film once and sent it back the next day. Flicks that hold my interest take up residence here for sometimes weeks or months. That wasn't the case with this offering.
