Girlvana 4 -- Girlpile Review

Today I was compelled to call a local shop and ask, in that awkward, slightly desperate way that anyone asking for something they secretly feel they shouldn't have asks, if they'd received copies of Girlvana 4, the latest in Zero Tolerance's stunning all-girl series. Hooray! It's here! Girlvana 4 continues the trend of 2 and 3, where the double disc set (shot in high definition for DVD and Blue Ray) lets the viewer toggle between two polar archetypes (good vs. bad, blonde vs. brunette), a formula that never really gets old. This time around it's "Private School Girls vs. Reform School Girls." Verdict on disc 1 : It was definitely nice in a Viv Thomas kind of way, but fell slightly short of expectations. Disc 1 of Girlvana 3 had me reaching for something absorbent almost immediately. Effective porno! This disc is "watch with a girl" porn. Tamer stuff. Verdict on disc 2 : Much more intense than disc 1, but perhaps not as hot-and-heavy as what we've seen in Girlvana 3. Girlvana 4 is an above-average girl-girl flick, in that I can see myself returning to it for specific scenes. But I wouldn't say this trumps the previous two volumes, or does much to advance the genre. 2 and 3 are some of the best all-girl porn out there, and Mike Quasar does a remarkable job of treading the line between cuteness and straight-up filth, which viewers like myself tend to want in more or less equal measure. At only $40 it's a good value. Other production companies currently stick you for as much as $60 for a double disc set, which means the product pretty much has to deliver A1 content in order to justify the expense.
