The two disc feature from Digital Playground revolves around a locker room "truth or dare" discussion with its catty cast, ending in a 9 girl pileup. We not only miss out on some steamier aspects of a girl's locker room, but are denied scantily clad dance routines. No jiggling body parts concealed only by pom-poms, no ecstatic jumping up and down, or anything requiring actual coordination or poise. In fact, it's best just to forget this is supposed to be cheerleader porn, as pigtails and short skirts are the only elements reinforcing the theme.
Cheerleaders' biggest star Jesse Jane seduces Memphis Monroe's boyfriend over ice cream in the first scene. Fans no doubt have images of a thrashing Miss. Jane permanently etched in their memories from Pirates and the Island Fever series, and can't get enough of her Barbie doll looks and over-the-top drive. And while she needs no help in the nympho department, she could certainly benefit from a voice coach. We're also given a little too many reaction shots of her awestruck partner.
Shawna Lenee plays a dimpled and inexperienced freshman who loses her virginity to Johnny, captain of the football team, while in the capable tutelage of his girlfriend Adrianna Lynn.
The "burly jock gets girl" trend continues throughout the rest of the picture. That's most porn's default setting, of course, but it's particularly pronounced when the guys all have numbers on their shirts. The fictitious university these girls attend turns out to be a high school (A scene with Alexis Texas takes place in a detention-turned-orgy.), but we don't see any other demographic of male student. Would it have been too much to ask for a studious bookworm to get a piece of popular girl pie? Or perhaps two pieces at once?
The unsung hero of Cheerleaders is the shy, petite Stoya. In a flick full of falsies, the creamy complexion of her natural bod is like a breath of flesh air.
I try to view any title with the word cheerleader in it provided at least some girls look cute. This one is lousy with the girls not resembling cheerleaders, more like skanky prolific porn stars stripping nude and having an orgy. It has zero passion. I fast forwarded through nearly the entire movie.
