Quality Defeats Quantity In This Gem.

This film is a lot of fun. My girlfriend and I ended up getting so wrapped up in the story and the campiness of the film that we almost forgot it was an adult movie. Much of the success of this film relies on the fact the actors didn't take themselves too seriously, giving the film a light and spritely atmosphere. It's too bad films like these aren't made anymore. Bride's Initiation showcases much of the charm from the golden age of adult movies. While the sex is great, don't expect a lot of it. I guess they wanted to focus on quality over quantity. What's more, this film has perhaps one of the best one-liner endings in adult movies. Highly recommended for couples viewing. And gentlemen, expect many giggles from your ladies while watching this gem.

Not Impressed

What the heck was this, one of the dummest movies I've seen. If you want a watch it with your buddies flick, then it's for you. But if you want it to spice up your sex life with you significant other, pass on this one.

False Advertising

First, I LOVE porn from the 70's, so I'm not one of those gonzo fans trashing a classic feature, here. This movie wasn't good. I rented this for Constance Money and Carol Connors. Constance wasn't even in the movie, and Carol didn't have a sex scene. This movie was real light on sex and overstuffed with bad plot. Really cheesy if you are into renting a movie to make fun of and laugh at, this is it.

If You Like Carol Connors...

A lot of 70s porn suffered because just showing people having sex was exciting. Actually showing exciting sex didn't com until much later. By modern standards, this is a snoozer, but if you like seeing Carol Connors partly naked (she doesn't actually have sex), then maybe this is worth watching. It is funny, though.
