Poorly Done

This 1995 film feels nothing like a true prison theme. What female prisoners wear high heels and gaudy outfits? A fat Ron Jeremy as the man in charge is in a decent scene but everything else is flat. If not for the ugly hedgehog I'd have rated this 1 star.
