This movie didn't do anything for me. Simulated enemas and a lot of flogging. No penetration, other than the simulated enemas. The women weren't terribly exciting, either. This movie's age is showing.
This is a rehash of the silly original. The so-called bandit appears, predictably, when the BDSM tops go off-screen for a moment. The mild spanking and flogging scenes are just that, mild and the enema scenes are bogus and silly. For water sports or for discipline, don't waste your time with this turkey.
