It's hard to believe a porn movie can have a plot, good acting (relatively speaking) hot girls and a good mix of sex scenarios but White Lighting has it all. A romping good time.
Even though this one's from 1999, it turned out to be better than we had expected.
The plot isn't terrible, though other reviewers are correct that it's a bit disjointed and not as cleverly executed as probably intended. There's some convincing acting (though not all of it) and surpisingly some convicing sex too.
I was impressed that the sex never seemed too over the top.
There were also some excellent fantasy scenes for the main female character.
It could have been better, but it was all-around a solid movie. I'd recommend this one as a good first-time couples movie, or for those who enjoy some plot (even if it is a touch cheesy.)
My wife really liked this one. In fact it almost kind of had a story that you could follow and didn't take away from the sex. We made it about halfway through on the first try, and my wife the next day said we had to see the last half. The sex was pretty good. Definitely a good movie for couples.
I really love VCA, and this movie was sitting at the top of our list for like a year. Finally got it and it was really only okay. The sex was good, a lot of different scenarios, something in this movie should turn you on, I know it did for me, there's this one really hot female dominant scene where she makes this guy lick her in all sorts of places. The guys I guess weren't really that good looking, but the girls, especially in scene mentioned above, were hot. It was the plot that disapointed though, it was mixed up, like, the movied didn't play in order, and instead of making it interesting, it made it really kinda annoying, since there was no point to it. If played straight, woulda been a lot better. So if not for plot, pretty good flick, if haven't seen movie by this director yet, try her out, she's pretty good.
Our first experience with porn. I believe the story line and acting is probably better than most, but it still lacked. It made us both really hot, and that's what ultimately matters. Good looking actors and the scenes were played out well.
For as long as I had to wait for this in my rental line-up, it was a real disappointment. It had some good points, but the way the camera moves from being a long distance away to only about 2 inches and cutting back and forth was just a distraction and a turn off. I loved Ginger Lynn in the past, but this one you can pass on.
